Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website privatelimolane.com and any transportation services provided by Private Limo Lane ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a chauffeur service operating in Los Angeles, California. By booking a ride or submitting a request through our website, phone, or any other channel, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Private Limo Lane provides private chauffeur and limousine transportation services in and around Los Angeles, California, including but not limited to airport transfers, corporate travel, event transportation, and hourly service. All services are subject to vehicle and driver availability at the time of booking.

2. Bookings and Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive written or verbal confirmation from Private Limo Lane. Submitting a request form on our website does not constitute a confirmed reservation until we have contacted you to confirm availability and pricing.

You are responsible for providing accurate pickup location, drop-off location, date, and time. Private Limo Lane is not liable for delays or missed pickups resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All quoted prices are fixed at the time of booking confirmation. The price will not change after confirmation unless the client requests a material change to the trip (different vehicle, significant route change, or additional stops).
  • Quoted prices include gratuity unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
  • Price estimates shown on our website are approximations only. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking.
  • Prices do not include tolls, parking fees, or other third-party charges unless explicitly included in your confirmed quote.
  • Private Limo Lane does not apply surge pricing. Confirmed prices are honored regardless of demand conditions.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund. No cancellation fee.
  • Less than 24 hours before pickup: Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the confirmed fare. Please call us directly at +1 (818) 235-8961 to discuss your situation — we handle each case with reasonable discretion.
  • No-shows: If the client is not present at the confirmed pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time and has not contacted us, the booking may be treated as a no-show and the full fare may be charged.
  • Flight-related delays are not subject to cancellation fees when the client notifies us in advance.

5. On-Time Guarantee

Private Limo Lane commits to arriving at your confirmed pickup location on time. If your driver is more than 10 minutes late due to causes within our control (e.g., dispatch error, scheduling mistake, or driver failure to depart on time), we will provide your ride at no charge.

The On-Time Guarantee does not apply in the following circumstances:

  • Traffic congestion, road closures, or accidents outside our control
  • Severe weather conditions (rain, fog, high winds, or other weather events)
  • Acts of God or force majeure events
  • Incorrect pickup information provided by the client
  • Client requests a pickup location change after the driver has departed
  • Airport delays caused by the client's late arrival at the designated meeting point

To claim the guarantee, you must notify us at the time of the delay. Credits or refunds under this guarantee are issued at our discretion and applied to future bookings or as a refund, depending on circumstances.

6. Airport Pickups and Flight Tracking

For airport arrival pickups, we monitor your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust arrival time accordingly at no additional charge. We ask that you notify us as soon as possible if your flight is cancelled or significantly rerouted.

For airport departures, it is the client's sole responsibility to allow sufficient travel time. Private Limo Lane is not responsible for missed flights.

7. Passenger Conduct

Clients are expected to treat drivers with respect. Private Limo Lane reserves the right to terminate a ride immediately, without refund, if a passenger:

  • Is verbally or physically abusive toward the driver
  • Causes or threatens to cause damage to the vehicle
  • Is intoxicated to a degree that poses a safety risk
  • Engages in illegal activity during the ride

Any damage to the vehicle caused by the client will be charged at the actual cost of repair.

8. Limitation of Liability

Private Limo Lane's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific ride in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to missed flights, missed meetings, or lost business opportunities.

Private Limo Lane maintains appropriate commercial vehicle insurance as required by the State of California.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
